2018 saw the return of the F1H2O Grand Prix of London after a 33 year absence. To drive interest and engagement with the event we were asked to create a campaign identity that sat across all of the F1H2O channels.
The creative provided a retro link to the past, taking inspiration from racing posters from the 80s whilst emphasising the high speed nature of the powerboat racing. The colours were used to provide a British feel, celebrating the return of F1H2O to London. As part of the creative development we created illustrations of both the modern and old boats to provide a link to the heritage of the event.
As part of the campaign we created three posters that focussed on key elements of the grand prix; the heritage, entertainment and world class drivers.
We created a number assets including a new website, OOH assets, business cards and the event programme.
